This Privacy Policy; by Enucuzu Seyahat Acenteliği ve İnternet Bilişim İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (hereinafter “Enucuzu” or “the Company”) regulates how the personal data of natural or legal persons (“Users”) accessing the enucuzu.com website, mobile application and social media/digital channels (“Platforms”) are collected, processed, protected and shared.

By using the Platform, you hereby declare, accept and undertake the privacy‐related obligations in advance. You also consent to your personal information being collected and used by Enucuzu, service‐provider and service‐delivering companies as described in this Privacy Policy.

TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

  • Identity and Contact Information: Name, Surname, Turkish ID Number, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport Number, E-mail Address, Phone Number, etc. 
  • Technical and Cookie Data: IP Address, Device and Browser Information, Language Preference, Cookie Identifiers, Access Times, etc.

Enucuzu collects both Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”) and Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) that are necessary to maintain its operations or to improve the service offered. 

Enucuzu gathers user data only when strictly necessary and only to the extent required. Users always have the right to refuse to share PII—subject to the caveat that some services or functions on the website may then be unavailable.

User-provided personal data are retained in the system only as long as needed and only to the extent required. Various contact details (including your email address) are kept until you unsubscribe or request their deletion from live systems.

If you request the deletion of your data, or if deletion becomes necessary for any other reason, and if erasing that data would impair fundamental system functions or essential logs/records needed for operations, development or archiving, we will anonymize your data and/or remove it from publicly accessible sites or systems.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you may request:

  • Confirmation of whether your data are being processed Information regarding the processing of your data 
  • The purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose 
  • Disclosure of domestic or international third parties to whom data are transferred 
  • Correction of incomplete or inaccurate data 
  • Deletion or anonymization of your data, despite compliant processing, when the reasons for processing no longer exist 
  • Objection to decisions made solely by automated systems that adversely affect you 
  • Compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing

Enucuzu protects your personal data by implementing administrative, physical and technical measures. Our partners and service providers adhere to the same standards.

Enucuzu reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

EFFECTIVENESS

This Policy enters into force at the moment the Platform is accessed and is deemed accepted by Users.
